Brighton have reportedly issued a final ultimatum to a Croatian football team to change their club badge as it looks very similar to their one.

ToggleAccording to , the Premier League outfit demanded Croatian third-tier side Jadran-Galeb to change their emblem, which is practically identical — bar the text.

The report adds that Jadran-Galeb will acquiesce to Brighton's demands and no legal action will come their way if they change their badge. The County Football Association had to remove the Jadran-Galeb logo from its official pages and now the team will come up with a new crest design.
Brighton adopted their logo in 1977, whereas Jadran-Galeb only formed in 2001. During the 1974-75 season, the Sussex team became known as The Dolphins before switching to the Seagulls several years later.
While Jadran-Galeb decide what their new badge design should be, Fabian Hurzeler's Brighton side host bitter rivals Crystal Palace at the Amex on Sunday.
